Interbad is held by 22. to September 23, 2021 with a compact alternative concept under the name interbad Innovation Days. With the live event, the organizers want to bring the industry back together in 2021. The interbad Innovation Days – Congress / Show / Networking, is the first national and Europe-wide live event after the corona pandemic for the pool, sauna and wellness industry. For trade visitors and exhibitors, the new format at the Stuttgart exhibition center offers two exciting days with a congress, networking and accompanying exhibition. “We are pleased to present an alternative concept for autumn 2021 that will allow us to bring the industry together on site in this exceptional year,” says Andreas Wiesinger, member of the management team at Messe Stuttgart.
The decision in favor of the interbad Innovation Days is met with the approval of all those involved. Christian Mankel, Managing Director of the Deutsche Gesellschaft für das Badewesen eV, says: “Compressed, exclusive and progressive, the two days in September will offer a framework that combines technical innovations with the content-related industry perspectives and challenges of the future and for all visitors makes it tangible. The Innovation Days, which will take place for the first time, will be accompanied by an exciting congress program with renowned speakers, will show the major guidelines of a changing market and will usher in the post-pandemic society of awakening ”.
By mutual agreement and in close coordination with the sponsoring association and the trade fair advisory board, it was decided to postpone the regular interbad to the following year, and instead of the interbad Innovation Days, it was agreed. In view of the foreseeable persistent travel restrictions and the dense trade fair market situation worldwide, holding interbad in 2021 is rated as not target-oriented and promising for all parties involved. In October 2022, the 27th international trade fair for swimming pools, saunas and spas with a congress for bathing will take place.
