The Witten construction chemicals specialist Ardex has acquired a majority stake in wedi GmbH, a leading manufacturer of system solutions for waterproof shower and construction systems. It is the largest acquisition in the company’s history. The management of both companies emphasize that wedi will continue to act independently. Stephan Wedi will also remain a partner and managing director of wedi.
