Pool covers with silver solar slats from WaterBeck have three advantages: They heat the water, reduce algae growth and offer a modern design. The profiles have a transparent upper side with a silver coating and a black underside. The coating creates a stylish glitter effect and at the same time hides the condensate that collects in covers. The silver solar slats also offer a real heating effect: while the transparent top allows sunlight to pass through unhindered, the black bottom releases the heat energy directly to the surface water. In this way, outdoor pools can heat up by up to 6 ° Celsius, so that the bathing season is extended by one to two months and electricity costs for pool heating are saved. In addition, they ensure less evaporation. This means that less fresh water has to be supplied and the energy costs for the pump are reduced.
