Generation change completed

At the beginning of the new year, uwe JetStream reorganized its top management: Mark Nussbächer (pictured right) and Pascal Römer (left) take over the management from Wilhelm Nussbächer (pictured below), who remains closely associated with the company as a permanent consultant. Both new managing directors come from within the company: Mark Nussbächer managed development for many years and Pascal Römer was responsible for product management. Pascal Römer came to Schwäbisch Gmünd via positions in the automotive industry and brought new accents with him from outside. In the future, he will primarily be responsible for production, quality and product management. Mark Nussbächer takes over sales responsibility from his father Wilhelm, who has prepared him intensively for this task over the past few years. Numerous customer visits took place during this time, and Mark Nussbächer, like his father, is now one of the well-known faces of the swimming pool industry.
Above all, it was Wilhelm Nussbächer who repeatedly fulfilled uwe JetStream’s promise of high service and quality. So it’s no wonder that uwe owner Dr. Thomas Faisst commented on the change “with a crying and a happy eye”. He thanked Wilhelm Nussbächer for many extraordinarily successful years in which he had repeatedly surpassed himself. It is therefore a pleasure for him that Wilhelm Nussbächer will remain on board.
At the same time, the owner has high expectations of the young and motivated management duo, who soon want to make their mark on the market. The two will be presenting new products this year: it is certain that uwe JetStream will soon also be offering swimming pool lighting.
uwe was founded in 1948. In 1967, the then owner invented the counter-current swimming system and applied for a patent under the current brand name JetStream. So uwe can still use the slogan “JetStream. The Original” advertise. And uwe is not unhappy that the name JetStream has now become a generic term for counter-current swimming systems of completely different provenance.
