Continuing its growth momentum, T&A, Belgian producer of swimming pool covers, has acquired Aquacover, based in Andenne. Managed by Frédéric Poty and his wife, Aquacover was founded in 1994 and over time has made a name for itself as a reliable player in the automatic slatted cover market. Specializing in custom pool covers for private and public pools, Aquacover has a high level of expertise in pool cover manufacturing and strong shared values with T&A in manufacturing quality, innovation and customer service. The acquisition strengthens T&A’s growth strategy, in particular through an increased presence in Wallonia and through the production facility in Andenne, but also in France and Switzerland, where Aquacover has established a strong network of specialist retail partners. “We are very honored to succeed Frédéric Poty and his wife (pictured) to provide retailers with a technical, high quality range without compromising service, which remains a key concern for us and our customers,” explains T&A Managing Director Joeri Dils. Both companies will be at the Lyon show to present their broad and differentiated offerings to visitors.
