In order to determine the brands with the highest customer satisfaction, the Plus X Award commissions an annual survey. Exclusively for the Plus X Award, the German Institute for Product and Brand Evaluation asks men and women between the ages of 20 and 65 which brands they are particularly satisfied with in various categories. This identifies the companies that these consumers believe keep their promises to offer high quality products and good service. From this survey, KLAFS emerged as the winner in the sauna category this year. “We are very pleased about this renowned seal of approval,” explains Simone Schöllhammer, Director of Marketing and Public Relations at KLAFS. “Satisfied customers are always our top priority.
