After two years, in which only digital conferences could take place, the two sauna associations BSB Federal Association of Sauna Construction, Infrared and Steam Baths eV and the Quality Association for Sauna Construction, Infrared Heat Cabins and Steam Baths eV met again for their annual general meeting. Venue was the association building of the RAL German Institute for Quality Assurance and Labeling eV in Bonn. Important personnel decisions were made at the BSB this year: After 28 years of successful work for the sauna associations, Stefan Schöllhammer, long-standing managing director of KLAFS GmbH & Co. KG, resigned from his position as chairman of the association. Last autumn, after 30 years as Managing Director of KLAFS, Stefan Schöllhammer retired from this position. So the new board of directors was elected. The members elected Phillip Rock, Managing Director of KLAFS, as the new chairman. Günther Knopp, Nordö company, was elected as deputy. The office of treasurer is held by Marco Schneider, Röger company. Other board members are Josef Gunsch, Physiotherm, and Benedictus Lingens, Corso.
