New membrane electrolysis plant

Electrolysis systems save pool owners having to deal with disinfectants. You can produce the required water care product inexpensively and easily on site. All that is needed is salt, water and electricity. The advantages: There is no need to store or handle chlorine canisters. Only salt needs to be reordered. The water care product produced by electrolysis is fresh and therefore highly effective. With the new Membrano EC, dinotec has developed a membrane cell electrolysis especially for the private pool. The compact systems are comparatively easy to install. The water softening is integrated into the system via reverse osmosis. A complex motive water circuit is not necessary. Membrano EC is offered in two versions: One is the economy version “tank”. Here the disinfectant solution is produced directly in a tank integrated on the system. Demand peaks are easily compensated with the help of the tank. And an on-site measuring, control and dosing technology controls the addition as required.
The “Membrano EC direct” version offers even more advantages. This does not require a storage tank, as the disinfectant solution produced is added directly to the pool water pipe. The product concentration in the disinfection solution is adjusted “directly” via the dinotec marathon technology according to the specifications of the on-site measurement and control technology and automatically added to the pool circuit via the integrated peristaltic pump. This ensures that the disinfectant solution is produced and added as required. In addition, the service life of the cell is significantly optimized through the comfort mode. Another advantage is that the disinfectant solution is pH neutral. The acid capacity of the water is retained and the need and costs for pH reducers are reduced. The Membrano EC systems are available with production capacities of 16 and 26 g / Cl2 / h – sufficient for pools up to approx. 150 m3. “Larger systems, for example for hotels, school swimming pools, etc. are being planned,” says Andreas Schmidt, management of dinotec GmbH.
In addition, a new version of the Watercom technology center was presented. Watercom VITALIA is a space-saving “all in one” water treatment system that fulfills all the tasks of a pool technology system: automatic measurement, control and dosing with remote monitoring via smartphone and much more. It contains the complete filtration technology with filter pump, energy-saving and noise-reduced filter pump control as well as heating control, safety functions etc. The measuring, control and dosing system “CF Control 100” in the redox / pH or chlorine-free version with poolcare / pH is integrated.
