Services for the specialist trade

WaterBeck, manufacturer of pool covers, offers numerous services for specialist retailers. Among other things, they make it easier for partners to sell and install the covers. “We want to relieve our partners of work”, explains Frances Seifert, management of WaterBeck GmbH. A service package has been put together for the specialist trade that includes many useful services. WaterBeck provides specialist dealers with technical drawings as well as extensive documentation and information material, answers customer queries and provides assistance with challenges that arise during installation. On request, the employees support the dealers with initial and special installations on site. The service also includes extensive pre-assembly of the slats and the roll-up device, which then only need to be assembled and installed by the dealer. WaterBeck is also constantly optimizing its production. For example, we invested in a double miter saw with which lamellas made of PC, PVC and PCTR can be cut even more safely and precisely. The new saw increases the production capacities even further, so that the delivery capacities are further reduced.
